This Sunday, 1st of November 2009, will be great day for City People Entertainment as it will be hosting one of the biggest musical concert tagged: An Evening with Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi (MFR)
Dr. Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, a Juju Music Icon turned Evangelist, who quit the music for the Pulpit over 17 years ago, will be climbing the stage on that day for a 6 hour concert that promise to take guests down memory lane.
The venue for the musical concert is the Banquet Hall at All Seasons Plaza, Agidingbi opposite Cadbury Nig Plc, Ikeja Lagos.
That the concert is going to be a high-profile event is one thing that is not in doubt. The expectations are that it will be one of the biggest gatherings of the Movers and Shakers of not just Lagos state but the entire South West of Nigeria.
GATE FEE
The gate fee is N10, 000 per guest. There are two classes of V.I.P Tables available,
(1)N50, 000 per table of 5 guest or N10, 000 per guest
(2)N100, 000 per table of 5 Corporate Guests or N20, 000 per each corporate guest
No ticket will be sold at the gate
DRESS CODE
The dress code for the day is Glamorous, while the colour for day is Violet Blue

The Main Sponsor of the event is telecom giant Globacom.
GUESTS LIST
Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola will Chair the event, while his wife Bimbola Fashola will be Special Guest of Honour. While the Speaker of the House of Representative Dimeji Bankole will also be a Special Guest of Honour.
Otunba Gbenga Daniel, the Governor Ogun State the home state of Dr. Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi, will attending the event with all commissioners and Executive Council Members to honour their son.
The guest list is a very lengthy one; it includes Royal Fathers likes of The Oba of Lagos, Oba Akinola, The Alake of Egbaland, Oba Gbadebo, The Osile Oke Ona of Egbaland, Oba Tejuoso and Awujale of Ijebuland, Oba Sikiru Adetona.

The Ibadan billionaire Alhaji Arisekola Alao, the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, who Obey waxed a record for, in the 70’s will be there.Chief Femi Somolu, Aare Kola Oyefeso, Otunba Winfunke, the owner of water Parks, Chief Bayo Akinola an Ondo high Chief who s the Chairman of West African Portland Cement.Tunji Alapinni, Niran Aluko, Prince Jide Adeniyi, Otunba Jobifele, Chief Jubril Martins-Kuye, Lagos billionaire High Chief Adebutu kessignton ,Alhaji Busari the owner of TV station MITV, Chief Bode Osinusi, Chief Bode Emmanuel, Alhaji Oloto and many more.
The proceeds from this musical concert tagged An Evening with Evang. (Dr.) Ebenezer Obey-Fabiyi MFR would be donated to Ebenezer Obey Evangelistic Ministries, to further the course of its church and crusade activities
